In the spring afternoon, 28 Mar, 2009 MBAConcert Club held a music appreciation lecture at the FTI wine lounge, at Sinan Road in the French concession. It is next to the Sun Yat-sen’s former residence.
By 1pm, club members and friends arrived at FTI and were greeted warmly by the MBAConcert Club staff. After every guest was seated, Professor Sun gave the audience an interesting insight into the Tchaikovsky’s melancholy life and the profound Russian music. The anecdotes and music brought by Professor Sun drew the attention from the very beginning and the time passed by unnoticed. After the lecture, guests had a good talk with each other while enjoying the afternoon tea and fresh fruits. Members and guests expressed their affection towards the classic music and hoping MBAConcert Club and arrange events of this kind more often. The next Club event will be on 26th April featuring Professor Zhiming Chen from Shanghai Conservatory of Music, the topic is interesting ‘Food intertwine with Music’. MBAConcert Club welcomes you to come and join us.
